I partnered with WhereWeGo and GNO Inc. (Greater New Orleans Regional Economic Development) to lead the redesign of WorkNOLA, a regional job platform built to connect local talent with employment across Southeast Louisiana.

The goal was to overhaul an outdated experience and deliver a modern interface that better supports job seekers and employers. From robust search and filter functionality to a mobile-first job board, every element was redesigned to reflect WorkNOLA’s mission: making opportunity more accessible to job seekers.

I led design across the platform, from early wireframes to polished UI and dev handoff. This included a new dashboard experience and employer directory optimized for accessibility and ease of use.

The result is a revitalized tool that centers users and positions WorkNOLA as a key workforce connector for the region.
